The Champions Project
The Champions Project was conceived by At The Races to raise money for the Sir Peter OSullevan Charitable Trust. The project worked as follows:
Photographs of all living Champion National Hunt and Flat jockeys and trainers were taken. Then a limited run of prints were individually signed by the jockeys and trainers. A second run of reproduced signature prints were also produced.
The Brief
The prints were marketed on national television and in the press so consequently there was a requirement for a company to efficiently carry out the order processing and fulfilment.
The Solution
Curwood CMS were appointed because we were able to provide a comprehensive service for this project.
We developed and provided the following services:
- Setting up an online shop for customers to view the products and place orders.
- Processing online and telephone orders.
- Packing and dispatching orders.
- Providing customer care by telephone, email and post.
The Result
The project has been a great success and has already raised a significant amount of money for charity. | | | |
